Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Strategic Initiatives and Product Delivery within the Operations space. This individual will focus on driving transformative change through data and product strategy, enabling cross-functional collaboration and supporting decision-making that enhances service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Leading strategic initiatives and product/data strategy across operational groups
• Gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Conducting gap analyses and identifying opportunities for automation
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and JAD sessions
• Supporting Agile product development and UAT execution
• Aligning Operations, Front Office, Credit, Finance, and engineering teams
• Promoting continuous improvement across processes and systems

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong background in financial services
• Capital Markets experience
• Experience with client data management and centralized data platforms
• Proficiency in business process modeling and optimization
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and BPMN tools
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Exposure to risk and control frameworks
