Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Enterprise Applications team to support and enhance the Workday HCM platform and deliver enterprise solutions using Power BI, Power Platform, and other technologies. This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Analyze business requirements and design solutions for Workday and enterprise platforms.
Configure systems, manage integrations, and support implementation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Document configurations and train users.
Lead or support projects across multiple business areas.


Requirements

Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or HR (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5–7 years in ERP support/implementation (Workday preferred).
Skills:

Power BI and Power Platform experience.
Strong ERP, SDLC, and integration knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Workday certifications.
Microsoft 365 and Power Platform expertise.
Data modeling and warehousing knowledge.
