This role is focused on business-side ownership, strategic direction, and execution, ensuring initiatives align with regulatory requirements, enterprise priorities, and operational effectiveness. The Business Lead will operate as the central connector across projects, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving outcomes in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business execution across multiple concurrent regulatory and enterprise change initiatives
• Act as the central point of contact between PMs, BAs, risk/compliance teams, and lines of business to drive alignment and clarity
• Facilitate and lead working sessions, including opportunity assessments and detailed requirements discussions
• Translate ambiguous or incomplete inputs into clear requirements, structured action plans, and prioritized deliverables
• Challenge stakeholder inputs by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and probing deeper to ensure completeness
• Support the development, review, and validation of key project artifacts, including:
○ Business requirements
○ Process documentation
○ Governance materials
• Ensure all outputs are traceable to regulatory obligations and internal compliance standards
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and summaries (PowerPoint) for status updates, decision-making, and project gating
• Provide regular updates to PMs and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, risk and compliance partners, and operational stakeholders to assess impacts and drive execution
• Participate in recurring stakeholder meetings, governance forums, and status touchpoints
• Identify and drive process optimization opportunities, improving efficiency and effectiveness across initiatives
• Support impact analysis across product lines, including considerations related to P&L where applicable
• Ensure all changes balance regulatory compliance with operational effectiveness and business outcomes
• Contribute to initiatives within the Canadian regulatory landscape, including exposure to frameworks such as Bill 64 / Law 25

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, strategic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a strong ability to influence, challenge, and drive business outcomes across a complex stakeholder environment.
