Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Application Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM and enterprise-level configuration. This role will support ongoing projects and initiatives focused on Workday security, compliance, and integrations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with product owners and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance across a large-scale organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support Workday Core HCM modules and related configurations.
Collaborate with project teams on test cycles, integrations, and enterprise-level changes.
Provide clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Workday Core HCM experience: 3–5 years hands-on configuration and support.
Enterprise-level experience: 5+ years working in large organizations.
Agile delivery: 2–3 years, including collaboration in pods and sprint planning.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with configuration, issue resolution, and compliance requirements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday certification.
SAFE Agile certification.
Experience with ServiceNow and Azure Cloud.
