Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-profile business separation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and business stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and communicate requirements while ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.
This role is heavily focused on stakeholder engagement, requirements management, decision tracking, documentation, and process analysis. The ideal candidate is an excellent listener, strong communicator, and experienced in driving consensus and documenting business requirements in complex financial environments.
Responsibilities
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements
• Facilitate discussions with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and business stakeholders
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Capture decisions, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and business impacts
• Ensure requirements and decisions are communicated effectively across impacted teams
• Partner with business and technology SMEs to understand operational and process impacts
• Support transition planning activities and separation workstreams
• Maintain project documentation, requirement artifacts, and process flows
• Drive requirement clarification and help stakeholders reach alignment on key decisions

Required Skills & Experience
5–7+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping experience
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to drive conversations, gain alignment, and lock down business decisions
Experience working with senior business stakeholders
Experience supporting large-scale transformation, business separation, divestiture, or change initiatives
Experience supporting Finance, Risk, Treasury, Lending, or Regulatory Reporting functions, with exposure to areas such as General Ledger (GL), Financial Statements, Balance Sheet Reporting, Ledger Management, or Loan Operations.
