Insight Global is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong technical background to join a leading financial institution in Toronto, ON on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will will help to enhance and manage the operational capability reporting environment, identify and analyze data consumption requirements, design, implement and deliver data enablement solutions using ETL tools such as SAS, as well as Databricks, SQL/Oracle and cloud technologies . You will work with various source systems processing raw data, creating ETL processes using SAS procedures, combining sets of SAS data with other data sources, building reporting/aggregated data assets to enable multiple analytical and business teams. You will also lead regression testing activities and present shareable data solutions to business partners. This role is 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON.

-5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst/Technical Consultant, preferably within the financial industry
-Experience in building ETL processes, enabling data solutions and data integration, analyzing business applications
-Strong knowledge of SAS, Oracle/SQL and cloud technologies fundamentals
-Able to work 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON
-Experience with Databricks, Azure, Python
