Insight Global is looking to hire a strong Business Analyst with banking experience to focus on supporting a Data and Process Mapping focused project. The ideal candidate will be extremely strong on the business side with the ability to work in ambiguous, undetailed environments. You must also be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication and requirement writing skills, and be capable of managing stakeholders effectively.
As the lead/sole BA on the role you will be working with the Data Analytics LOB to support the building of a data repository.
In this role you will be focused on tying up loose ends related to data and process mapping by
Working with an established data team on building a proper data repository
Analyzing and categorizing data outliers and anomalies that the data team was unable to map
Mapping data elements to specific business processes (onboarding, offboarding, bank closing)
Documentation of workflows and processes
Collaboration with internal stakeholders
Working with both in-house and vendor applications
