Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a top 5 banking client in Toronto (hybrid 2x per week in office). This BA will be assisting on a regulatory project.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with the bank's' operational frameworks.
- This candidate will be working within the eGRC (Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team to assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing current regulatory and risk strategies.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps in current operations against new regulatory demands.
- Define and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear and actionable requirements for both technical and business teams.
- Work closely with project managers and other executives to track project milestones and dependencies.
- Assist in defining and managing project risks related to compliance gaps.
- Ensure business workflows support seamless regulatory adoption.
