Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support BAU operations for enterprise data platforms and products within the Capital Markets space for a large financial services organization. This role focuses on data quality, release support, and onboarding new data/products amid increased compliance and volume demands.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years Capital Markets experience
• Solid understanding of how trades work and related cash flows
• Python and SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• University degree in Business, Finance,
• Accounting, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Advanced Python (strong differentiator)
• Alteryx, Power BI, Excel
• Experience writing and executing test scenarios / release testing
• Finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CA)
• Business Analyst with a data background
