Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to drive a critical Equity Shareholder Disclosures initiative within our Capital Markets division. This project involves the selection and integration of an external regulatory technology vendor to automate the tracking and reporting of global equity positions across the bank's trading systems. The successful candidate will be the primary bridge between business, internal technology teams, and external vendors to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Lead the end-to-end documentation of business and technical requirements across multiple trading desks and compliance departments.
Vendor Selection & Management: Play a lead role in the RFI/RFP process, evaluating external tech vendors, and managing the integration of their platform into existing trading ecosystems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate high-stakes presentations and status updates for senior business leaders and technical steering committees.
System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the vendor solution "plugs into" internal trading systems to capture real-time long/short positions and voting rights.
Solution Design: Translate complex global shareholding disclosure regulations (SEC, FCA, etc.) into functional logic for automated reporting engines.

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of Business Analysis experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
3–5+ years of Capital Markets experience (Investment Banking/Trading environment).
Big 5 Bank Experience: Prior experience within a major bank's Capital Markets division is highly preferred.
Vendor Integration: Direct experience managing or selecting external technology vendors and overseeing third-party software implementations.
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of Capital Markets technology stacks and how trading systems aggregate data.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to influence both C-suite business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Understanding of global regulatory frameworks for shareholding disclosures.
