Insight Global is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives around our AI/ML-based chatbot builds. This role partners with stakeholders across business and engineering teams to define chatbot capabilities, enhance user experience, and align conversational AI with enterprise goals.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience with documentation (waterfall and agile) within Jira and Confluence
- Experience with AI/ML
- Experience with Chat bot creations
- Experience with LLM and LMP (LAMP is a plus)
- Experience working with APIs documentation and configuration
- Process engineering - using Draw.IO (Lucic, Viseo etc)
