Insight Global is seeking a results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Toronto on a contract basis. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with different teams to deliver tailored dashboards and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Youll be responsible for extracting and transforming data from multiple sources, maintaining data accuracy, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a large enterprise environment and is passionate about driving data-informed business decisions. This role will be 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON.

-46 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles
-Proficiency in Power BI and Cognos
-Strong experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments
-Ability to interpret and present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
-Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or related field
-Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
-Previous FI experience preferred
-Experience with Databricks preferred
