Job Description

Insight Global is looking for reporting analyst for a large financial services company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, helping streamline processes across audit, QA, reporting, and metrics functions. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, real-time insights to support decision-making.
On a daily basis, you will work on building and strengthening data connections across systems, including integrating SharePoint, Power Platform tools, and other data sources to enable seamless reporting and automation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define key metrics, and ensure reporting outputs align with business needs.
Additionally, you will continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, leveraging AI where appropriate to enhance processes, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making, operational visibility, and process optimization across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Automation Analyst at a large enterprise preferably within financial services within Identity and Access Management
- Microsoft Power Platform Expertise (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Hands-on experience designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Ability to create scalable workflows, automate business processes, and develop applications that improve operational efficiency.
- Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development
Strong experience creating interactive dashboards and reports within Power BI, including data visualization, performance tracking, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting, Metrics, and Analytics Development
Experience defining, building, and maintaining reports and key performance metrics that support business decision-making, audit processes, and operational transparency.
- SharePoint Proficiency
Experience working with SharePoint to automate information
- Advanced Excel Skills
Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and reporting, with the ability to support analysis and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of AI for Automation Enablement
Understanding of how AI tools and capabilities can be leveraged to enhance automation, streamline workflows, and improve reporting efficiency.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with SQL for data querying, extraction, and manipulation
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, or automation use cases
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, particularly in relation to permissions, data security, and audit/reporting environments
