As a QA Automation Tester at one of the Big 5 Canadian banks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to identify and resolve software defects. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards of our banking applications, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team.
Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices in test automation.
Monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our testing practices cutting-edge
