Analytics Manager

Insight Global is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a key analytics role within the business banking domain. This position involves wearing multiple hats, from performing detailed data analysis and reporting to driving team leadership and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of responsibilities and play a pivotal role in translating data into actionable insights that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Manage scorecard operations, perform ad hoc data pulls, and develop new reporting structures.
Act as a team leader, providing guidance in the absence of senior management.
Oversee monthly KPI reporting and analyze business data to uncover insights.
Explore ambiguous tasks, identifying and analyzing critical data independently.
Use advanced SAS skills to comb through and interpret complex datasets.
Translate data insights into solutions for business problems.

5-6 years of experience with SAS and SQL
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage projects and guide teams.
Previous experience working at a bank or financial institution
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience with Power BI and project management tools.
Stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience at Canadian financial institutions
