Job Description
We’re looking for an Analyst, People Analytics & Workday to own core reporting, data governance, and operational analytics processes across RBI’s People function. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working directly in HR systems, and takes pride in producing accurate, reliable data.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Operations, or a related analytics or data role
• Hands-on experience with Workday and relevant HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring priorities and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to document processes and explain data to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree (International or Canadian)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures; willingness to continue developing technical skills
• Experience working with sensitive or confidential data, with sound judgment and discretion
• AI or automation, to improve efficiency
