Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI Program Manager to support a growing portfolio of AI initiatives. This role will work closely with a Senior Program Manager who is primarily business‑facing, therefore, they need a hands‑on delivery leader who can strengthen execution, alignment, and process rigor across technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

7-10 years in program management experience
Experience supporting AI or data-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
Experience working within a bank or large financial institution
Strong understanding of core AI concepts, terminology, and common delivery considerations
Proven experience driving Agile delivery across multiple teams
Hands‑on Scrum Master experience (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retros, Jira hygiene)
Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs in a large enterprise environment
Experience rolling out new processes and governance frameworks in a structured, organized way
Strong ability to identify risks, delivery pitfalls, and blockers, and proactively resolve them
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with enterprise Jira reporting structures and dashboards
Exposure to change management or process improvement methodologies
Certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master/CSM, SAFe)
