Job Description

Insight global is looking for a Service Representative to support one of Canada's largest banks on their Aftersales Operations team. This role focuses on high-volume, repetitive, and paper-based operational tasks that are essential to daily business processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment with limited complexity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build operational experience within a professional services environment.

Day to day:
Receive, open, sort, and organize incoming mail and documentation.
Process paper-based requests accurately and in accordance with established procedures and service-level agreements.
Perform data entry and basic system updates related to Aftersales processing.
Prepare, organize, and file physical and digital records.
Handle routine operational tasks that require consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Identify discrepancies or incomplete documentation and escalate as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily volume and turnaround targets.
Adhere to internal controls, risk guidelines, and operational policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in an operational, administrative, or service-based role.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of office systems and technology.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint familiarity is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage routine workloads efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills appropriate for standardized processes.
Completed Post Secondary degree, diploma or certificate.
