Job Description

The Ad Operations Senior buyer is responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple media channels. This role serves as a key partner to Media Planning/strategy teams to ensure successful campaign delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction within the Québec market.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in ad serving and campaign management with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of the Québec advertising landscape, including French-language communications and market nuances

Required Skills & Experience

Establish and maintain best practices, workflows, and quality assurance processes to improve campaign execution and scalability.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational efficiencies and automation opportunities.
Maintain campaign documentation, process guides, and operational standards.
Performance & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Track delivery metrics, inventory utilization, and campaign health to ensure revenue realization.
Act as the primary operational contact for Québec-based client service teams.
Partner with advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Support client meetings by providing technical expertise and campaign performance insights.
Market & Product Support
Support the growth of advertising solutions within the Québec market.
Ensure campaign materials and communications align with French-language requirements and local market expectations.
Provide feedback to media teams regarding market-specific needs and opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, media operations, or campaign management.
Experience working with ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and digital advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting and measurement
Proficiency with campaign reporting and analytics tools.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (French and English), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
