Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a full-time Actuarial Manager to join a leading insurance company. This role is responsible for managing a team, leading organizational financial reporting and trends, forecasting, and working with executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee a team of analysts and own monthly reporting processes that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of IFRS 17.
- ACAS actuarial designation.
- Proficient in excel and experience with coding (Python/SQL/R/Wolfram).
- Experience leading or coaching a team.
- Experience preparing and presenting shareholder or executive-level presentations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- FCAS designation.
- Experience leading high-profile projects or business reviews.
