Job Description

Receptionist - Entry Level Position

Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in an administrative role while developing valuable office management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and sign in visitors, ensuring a professional first impression
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings
- Order office supplies and site materials as needed
- Assist with business card ordering and processing
- Maintain secure document storage areas
- Support member registration processes for visitors
- Provide assistance with company events and activities
- Process purchase orders through Oracle/Siemens system

Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and office equipment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience required - we provide training!
