Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will be in charge of a team of 10 individuals including millwrights, electricians, and apprentices. This person is in charge of making sure the machines and equipment used to make and package pills (and other solid medicines) work well, are safe, and meet quality standards. They lead a team that fixes machines, prevents breakdowns, and improves how things run. They also help solve problems when something goes wrong and make sure everything follows government and industry standards (SOPs and cGMP).

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
• A background in maintenance or trades.
• 3+ years of experience working with manufacturing equipment in pharma, food, or cosmetics.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing engineers and tradespeople.
• Good at delegating, solving problems creatively, and motivating others.
○ Can handle interpersonal issues when they arise.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience dealing with regulatory inspections.
