Job Description
A large cloud monetized billing cycle company is looking to add a Project Manager to their Implementations team to lead SaaS solutions for an enterprise level telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This person will be the first escalation point for customer's technical issues, working alongside a Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager for escalated support.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager for a SaaS company overseeing 5 or more customers
- Experience supporting a telecommunications customer in a software transormation
- Experience in a customer facing role leading all project deliverables, timelines, budgets, cross functional partnerships and communications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experienced with SQL
- French speaking
