Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Outside Sales Representative. This person needs to sit in Quebec. This sales role involves managing a territory, acquiring new B2B customers, and nurturing existing accounts in the industrial and commercial sectors to drive revenue growth. The position requires strong communication, technical product knowledge, and the ability to provide consultative solutions for adhesive challenges. Candidates typically need proven sales experience (preferably in adhesives or manufacturing), a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Experience

Key responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing ones in your assigned territory.
• Build customer relationships:
Develop strong, long-term relationships through consultative selling and understanding client needs.
• Provide solutions:
Act as a subject matter expert on the companies tapes and adhesives, offering tailored solutions to customer challenges.
• Manage territory:
Plan and execute sales activities, including customer visits and follow-ups, to ensure efficient and effective service.

Qualifications
• Experience: Proven outside sales experience, ideally in adhesives, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical: Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Logistics: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
