Insight Global is looking for a Organizational Change Manager to join one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms. The ideal candidate will be sitting in the Americas and have 3-5 years experience in an OCM role within a large, multi-national organization. They will need to have great oral and written communication skills due to working closely with the Business Analysts, program/project managers and international stakeholders, both on the IT and Business sides.

- 3+ years experience working within organizational change management (OCM)
- Bilingualism at a minimum; ability to communicate orally and written in English and another language is a requirement
- Prior experience with a large, multinational organization
- Integration experience
- Prior experience with global, enterprise-wide IT intiatives
- PROSCI certified or working towards; strong understanding of global OCM best practices and documentation
- This role will convert to full-time after 6 months
- Experience in engineering (architect or construction)
- M&A (merger and acquisition) experience
