Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a full‑time, fully remote opportunity across Canada to support a rapidly growing Canadian business. This role is heavily focused on drafting and negotiating equipment leasing and financing agreements and will serve as the primary legal resource for contract work in Canada. The attorney will partner closely with internal sales, finance, credit, and pricing teams to support customer onboarding and transaction execution, negotiate directly with external counsel and business counterparties, ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, and update contract templates to reflect legal and policy changes. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, bilingual lawyer with strong negotiation and drafting skills who is comfortable working remotely while remaining highly engaged with both Canadian stakeholders and an international legal team.

Required Skills & Experience
• Fluent in French and English
• JD from an accredited law school
• Called to the Bar in one of the Canadian provinces (preferably Quebec)
• Reside in any province except Quebec
• Possess Common law and Civil Law designations (common law required)
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial, financial, banking, or leasing contracts
