Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Product Manager, AI to join the team with one of our largest HCM clients on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will help define the platform layer that enables the product teams to build AI agent experiences faster, more safely, and more consistently. The role sits at the intersection of AI product strategy, developer platform thinking, enterprise SaaS architecture, customer trust, and hands-on execution. We are looking for candidates who can operate in ambiguity, partner deeply with engineering, reason about enterprise-grade safety and governance, and convert emerging AI capabilities into reusable platform products.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing technical platform capabilities, with strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, developer platforms, permissions, extensibility, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, AI agents, LLMs, agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP-style interoperability, evaluation frameworks, observability, governance, and safety concepts.
- Strong platform mindset with a focus on building reusable capabilities, driving adoption across teams, balancing standardization with flexibility, and measuring platform success.
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS requirements including security, privacy, compliance, scalability, governance, auditability, and customer trust.
- Hands-on approach to product management, including prototyping, API testing, creating specifications and demos, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, and operating effectively in ambiguity.
- Proven ability to influence and align engineering, architecture, design, security, legal, data science, and product stakeholders while translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Built AI platforms, agent frameworks, internal developer platforms, SDKs, APIs, shared services, or orchestration layers used by multiple product teams.
- Worked on AI evaluation, observability, trust, safety, governance, privacy, identity, permissions, or compliance.
- Built products in HCM, HR tech, payroll, workforce management, recruiting, benefits, talent, employee experience, or enterprise workflow automation.
- Led platform adoption across many internal teams.
- Worked with globally distributed engineering teams.
- Built prototypes or technical demos personally.
- Operated in ambiguous, fast-changing AI product environments.
