Insight Global is hiring Source to Contract - Indirect Procurement Consultants to support our Global Strategic Marketing team supporting marketing and advertising contracts with a multinational financial servicing firm. Youll work with procurement and contract teams on marketing campaigns, and agencies, helping drive compliance, reporting, and tactical execution of procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in indirect procurement, especially within marketing or financial services, and be comfortable navigating complex negotiations and drafting/redlining contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Contracting
Lead Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities for marketing and advertising categories
Identify expiring contracts and proactively support renewal or renegotiation strategies
Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts with marketing agencies and vendors
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies
Support enablement and onboarding of agencies and contractors

- Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, sourcing, or procurement
- Proven experience conducting RFx and contracting for marketing & promotional engagements (e.g., media, PR, experiential, market research)
- Experience indirect procurement
- Experience source to contract
- Experience with contract negotiations, redlining and contract management
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of risk management, especially within regulated environments
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba, Conga, and ServiceNow
Exposure to cross-functional and global teams
Familiarity with financial services or banking industry regulations
Demonstrated ability to bring external insights and market trends into sourcing strategy
Experience in cost save validation and value measurement
