Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Service Technical Consultant to join the team full-time at one of our largest HCM clients in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end build and delivery of HCM integrations (“exports”), partnering with project managers, implementation consultants, vendors, and the client. The person will conduct the following activities:
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Build and configure payroll contribution files, HR demographic files, and other HCM export types
- Perform mapping and transformation logic design within Integration Studio
- Communicate directly with clients in a consultative, advisory capacity
- Track progress across multiple integration workstreams
- Align integration outputs with the system configuration and implementation milestones
- Support data preparation, cleansing, and validation activities
- Manage dependencies on upstream workstreams for test files and approvals
- Understand the business impact of delays (e.g., financial penalties such as 401k funding risks)
Responsible for Driving the End-to-End Integration Lifecycle:
- Review pre-defined requirements from the pre-discovery phase
- Lead discovery sessions with client and vendor partners to confirm requirements and file design
- Build integrations using different logic and mapping configuration tools
- Conduct internal testing and file validation using company tools
- Coordinate vendor validation of file format and structure
- Support scenario testing, guiding clients on test case design and execution
- Execute production validation runs and obtain final approvals before go-live
- Provide post-go-live support for the first 2 production runs

- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices.
- Ability to engage with multiple projects & clients concurrently and manage priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to read a technical specification for a vendor and analyze vendor feedback.
- Project management exposure.
