Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data & Reporting Manager, Partner Marketing to join the team with one of our largest HCM clients on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the reporting and data subject-matter expert for Partner Marketing, defining requirements and reporting frameworks.
- Translate business needs and build a Partner Marketing Reporting Methodology and Dashboards (in Salesforce and Excel) that demonstrates partner marketing performance relative to corporate goals and growth strategy, and aligns with Forrester’s guidance on partner maturity and segmentation. These will track partner marketing efforts, including:
- Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline from joint marketing activities
- MDF utilization and MDF ROI
- Number of partners engaged
- Partner-driven registrations and attendees
- Total activities including partners
- Add or leverage fields to identify partner-driven vs. Dayforce-driven activities
- Direct links to SFDC campaigns where partners were involved
- Ensure data can be sliced and analyzed by event, sales region, segment, sub-segments, marketer, and partner type.
- Build, optimize, and maintain reporting processes to enable Partner Marketing to make data-driven decisions quickly.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Business Systems, and cross-functional data teams to suggest enhancements, ensure data quality, accuracy, and alignment across systems.
- Troubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Coach Partner Marketing stakeholders on how to interpret and leverage data.
- Deliver tangible results within the 6-month timeframe, with a strong bias for speed and impact.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Operations within a SaaS/software environment.
- Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) expertise and experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Experience tracking partner-involved campaigns, including pipeline attribution, engagement, and event-driven metrics.
- Skilled at building scalable dashboards and reports that can be sliced by multiple dimensions (region, segment, partner type, pillar, tier, manager).
- Advanced Excel expertise
- Experience working with partner ecosystems (Microsoft, ISVs, or SaaS partners preferred), understanding partner-driven marketing activities, referrals, and influenced pipeline.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills: able to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights and business outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering projects with clear outcomes under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: able to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences and coach team members.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools to supplement SFDC dashboards.
- Familiarity with data modeling, database structures, and marketing attribution methods.
- Prior experience in contract or consulting roles where rapid execution and measurable results were required.
- Experience implementing partner activity readiness models or similar partner segmentation frameworks.
