The ideal candidate has strong skills in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL, plus experience with Journey Builder, A/B testing and tools like Litmus and Movable Ink are an asset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
• Develop responsive marketing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Email Studio.

• Build and assemble emails by pulling existing content blocks as well as create new content blocks and integrating them into approved email templates.
• Review Figma creative files and translate them into coded emails, ensuring design fidelity.
• Execute and validate segmentation pulls within SFMC, ensuring targeting logic is applied correctly.
• Run emails through Litmus for QA and accessibility checks (live text, device rendering checks, link testing, troubleshoot code issues across desktop and mobile clients).
• Configure and maintain dynamic content through data extensions, lists, and segmentation logic to deliver localized, personalized experiences.
• Create and enhance Journey Builder workflows for both email and push campaigns, ensuring they follow best practices and business logic.
• Ensure all emails meet accessibility standards, render correctly across devices, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Understand campaign requirements and develop segmentation rules as needed to build ad hoc promotional emails and email automations.
• Leverage Einstein (AI) features within SFMC to optimize sends, analyze performance, and inform next-step recommendations.
• In the future, you may support push notification coding.

Collaboration in this role:
• Work closely with the Email Production Specialist on segmentation requirements, link guides, QA, and ensure CTAs route to correct URLs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Email Production, Product and other CRM partners and external vendors such as Movable Ink.
• Participate in team standups, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of email campaigns.
• Communicate technical constraints and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible way.
• Provide support, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting to fellow developers and production partners.
