Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company’s Strategic Projects division. This role involves coordinating capital projects and serving as a subject matter expert in compounding, filling/packaging, and cleaning/sterilization equipment and processes for both sterile and non-sterile operations. The Project Lead will lead project design efforts, prepare cost estimates, review technical documentation, and provide recommendations to stakeholders, while also supporting commissioning, validation, and change control activities. Success in this fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in manufacturing or technical operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
Experience in plant technical support and/or design and construction coordination.
Proven project leadership experience.
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging components, automation systems, equipment/machinery, and utilities.
Familiarity with solid dose manufacturing processes and related equipment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
P.Eng designation (Professional Engineer).
Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) designation.
Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management tools.
Familiarity with Kneat software for validation and documentation
