Job Description

Insight Global is looking a Product Manager to join a large HCM client in Mexico working full remote on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will join the payroll product team and will collaborate with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and user researchers to redefine and shape the heart of our product experience. Previous experience working as a product manager, executing roadmaps, and strong English communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience in product management in large enterprise environments
- Experience with prioritization, story writing, SDLC, and agile processes
- Strong English communication both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience working in HCM or payroll industry
