Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Neuroscience, Rare Disease, and General Medicine business units within Sales & Marketing. This individual will serve as a key contributor to the planning, execution, and operational support of brand and commercial initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. The Marketing Associate will partner closely with marketing, sales, finance, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to support forecasting, business planning, data analysis, and the development of commercial materials. This role requires a highly adaptable professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment while balancing analytical, operational, and marketing responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience supporting pharmaceutical brand teams through the planning, execution, and measurement of commercial and marketing initiatives.
Strong financial acumen with experience supporting forecasting, budget management, and commercial planning activities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data manipulation.
Experience creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, executive summaries, and business review decks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
MBA or other advanced business degree.
Experience utilizing Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Experience supporting sales and marketing organizations within a highly regulated environment.
