Job Description

Apotex is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise infrastructure initiative focused on Active Directory redesign, IT/OT segregation, and enterprise infrastructure modernization. This individual will be responsible for driving complex technical projects across multiple infrastructure workstreams, ensuring project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables remain on track.

The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, networking, and technical engineering teams while providing executive-level project updates and ensuring clear ownership across all stakeholders. This is a highly visible role requiring a proactive, hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of complex initiatives, drive accountability, and successfully navigate multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, managing project schedules, tracking budgets and resource allocation, identifying project risks, providing executive status reporting, and driving project execution from planning through delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

-Proven experience leading technical infrastructure projects (not business or functional projects)

-Strong background managing projects involving:
Active Directory
Networking
Enterprise Infrastructure
Citrix

-Experience managing complex, multi-stream enterprise technology initiatives

-Strong experience creating and managing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, OnePlan, Jira, or Smartsheet

-Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risks

-Ability to communicate concise executive-level project updates to senior leadership

-Demonstrated ability to drive project execution, hold technical teams accountable, and remove project roadblocks

-Strong stakeholder management across multiple technical teams

-Experience working within enterprise IT environments

-Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

-Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency who can work independently with minimal direction

- 1 year of Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with the Purdue Model or IT/OT Segregation initiatives

-Experience working in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or other regulated enterprise environments

-Experience supporting enterprise architecture or infrastructure redesign initiatives

-Experience managing global infrastructure deployments

-Exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise infrastructure modernization programs
