Key responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Work on low level design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications on the cloud.
Oversee code quality, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Work with other cross-functional teams and business partners.

Required Skills & Experience
Programming language: Strong proficiency in Java, including advanced concepts.
Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Cloud: Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Design principles: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Software development lifecycle: Experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Retail or eCommerce experience is a big plus
Web technologies: Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Experience with development tools like Maven, testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG), and project management tools like Jira.
