Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Data Analyst to join one of our largest HCM clients on a 15-month contract to start. The successful candidate will work alongside the Services team on a large-scale client implementation. The consultant will be responsible for extracting data from ADO to generate reports in Power BI to define business insights and drive actionable change, as well as managing the SharePoint site. The consultant will be client-facing and, at times, will be required to present reports and business insights directly to the client.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst
- Hands-on experience using the Azure DevOps (ADO) tool to gather data for reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience using Excel and Power BI to develop reports to drive business decisions.
- Hands-on experience managing SharePoint with experience creating pages, creating forms, setting up secure files, managing user permissions for internal and external users, as well as the day-to-day maintenance of the site.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present business insights to key project stakeholders.
