Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a retail client to support a growing product and digital team. This role will work closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to help gather requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of digital initiatives across the product development lifecycle.
The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, facilitating workshops, and producing clear documentation to support solution design and delivery. This individual will engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership, to communicate findings, present insights, and support decision-making.
This is a hands-on, early-career role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, supporting product or technology teams.
• Experience working within the product development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation (requirements, process flows, notes, summaries).
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to and engaging with leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience running and facilitating workshops or working sessions with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in the eCommerce or digital commerce space.
• Exposure to order management, delivery workflows, or commerce features such as cart, checkout, and payments.
• Experience using analytics or reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics or Tableau.
