Insight Global is looking an Associate Manager, Market Research & Analytics - Immunology for a large pharmaceutical client. This individual will play a crucial role in executing insight generation activities supporting the Manager, Customer Research & Analytics in the Immunology Business Unit. The ideal candidate will help address business questions for marketed and pipeline products and will be responsible for executing market research, conducting analyses, delivering KPI reports and provide forecasting support. The ideal candidate must have strong critical thinking, experience in market research, demonstrate strong understanding of pharmaceutical data and ability to integrate different sources of information to perform meaningful analyses.

Required Skills & Experience
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant areas is required.
Experience in executing market research and managing external vendors.
Strong data analysis skills and critical thinking.
Proficiency in MS PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to distill complex analysis into concise takeaways and tell compelling stories about analysis.
Strong project and time management skills: ability to manage projects, partners, priorities, broker trade-offs, and complexity to meet multiple demands.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical consulting.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry syndicated datasets such as IQVIA is strongly preferred.
Experience of reporting and analysis of patient data generated through Patient Service Programs (PSPs) is an asset.
Python and/or R, language proficiency for advanced analytics and experience with Data IKU or data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau) is an asset.
