Job Description

Production Generalists play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to product repair and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

Repair Centre
• Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure repaired items meet the standards.
• Adhere to documented SOPs to comply with the ISO9001:2015 standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with the repair team to identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.

Deployment Centre:
• Assist in the process of order fulfillment.
• Perform final quality inspections before products are deployed.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product is available for a timely deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft office tools.
• Familiarity with ERPs systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
