Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Change Manager / Escalation Lead to support 2 portfolios within the Wealth Management domain at a large Canadian bank. There is a need to bring in a high level of change management and escalation support while bringing a strategic lens to better identify process improvements. This qualified candidate should be able to oversee project escalations, investigate disruptions, and implement solutions. There should be a strategic lens to problem-solving, ensuring that escalations are managed effectively and that the overall strategy is supported. This role requires a professional with strong relationship management skills and expertise in change management ideally within Wealth Management or Financial Services domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, working closely with engineering counterparts to assess the impact of changes and ensure smooth implementation.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation lead, managing and resolving issues that arise, including hardware, software, and other changes impacting the team.
- Strategic Focus: Support operational responsibilities and increase the level of proactive strategy through use of Power BI to track metrics, establish trends, and showcase the value of changes and escalations.

- 10+ years of experience in change management and escalation management in a financial services domain.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to manage escalations from both business and technical teams.
- Experience with project management and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for tracking metrics and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance industry.
