Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Project Manager experienced with SAP (S4/BRIM), Full-Stack Application and Cloud Integration to join a leading Courier and Logistics customer in Mississauga. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site (days of the week are flexible).

Project Scope:

In this role, you will lead the delivery of mixed SAP and non-SAP application projects across an AWS-hosted landscape. The role spans SAP BRIM, BTP-based applications, and full-stack solutions built outside SAP. The position requires strong project management skills, an understanding of modern integration patterns, and the ability to coordinate work across cloud, SAP, and development teams while supporting a clean-core approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of applications built in SAP BTP, within SAP, or on full-stack platforms (AWS-based).
• Oversee project planning, scope, timelines, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate development across in-house teams and external system integrators, ensuring alignment on design and standards.
• Support architectural and technical discussions involving SAP, AWS services, and integration patterns.
• Guide teams on clean-core principles, helping ensure custom development stays decoupled and maintainable.
• Manage integration-focused workstreams, including APIs, event-driven patterns, and SAP CPI-based interfaces.
• Partner with SAP BRIM experts and downstream teams to align requirements and solution designs.
• Oversee testing cycles, deployment activities, change control, and operational readiness.
• Monitor budgets, resources, dependencies, and project reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong project management experience delivering both SAP and cloud/full-stack application projects.
• Understanding of SAP landscapes, especially integration touchpoints and extension strategies.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud components and how they interact with SAP and BTP applications.
• SAP BRIM experience, especially Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM
• Familiarity with modern integration technologies (REST APIs, API platforms, event messaging, SAP CPI).
• Ability to work with architects and developers on connectivity, data flows, and solution design.
• Experience coordinating mixed teams (internal developers, SIs, SAP specialists).
Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Hands-on exposure to SAP BTP, including extensions, app development, and integration services.
• Background in full-stack development environments on AWS
• Understanding of clean-core strategies and SAP extension best practices.
Familiarity with agile delivery and DevOps pipelines.
