Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Operations Engineers II to join an enterprise retail company hybrid in Mississauga, Milton, and/or Brampton with 2 days a week on site. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Manhattan Active implementation, specifically gathering system requirements, developing content and documentation for training, and creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In addition, they will be going into the system to validate processes, documenting these processes, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders and escalating issues as they see them. They will work cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams to communicate requirements and expectations. Any experience with technical writing will be an asset as they will be creating, updating, and validating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have WMS experience (preferably with Manhattan and/or Manhattan Active), Distribution Center (DC) operations experience, and foundations in agile environments and tools.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands on front-end Manhattan and/or Manhattan Active WMS implementation and navigation experience
• 2+ years experience in agile environments and tools [Confluence, Jira (features, epics, user stories)]
• Thorough understanding and exposure to Distribution Center (DC) operations
• Experience with change management and/or analysis in a DC environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to work in a collaborative environment, quality and detail driven mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Apparel or retail experience
• Excel, Manhattan Active Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) and/or PowerBI (PBI) experience
• Technical documentation or technical writing experience
• SQL experience
