Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join a Fortune 100 technology company for a 1-year contract (with extension possibility). In partnership with 1 or 2 Field Sales Representatives, the ISR will support some of the company's largest Canadian accounts, providing prompt answers to customer inquiries (and escalating as required) and informing customers of company promotions, upgrades, and extended products/services. The ISR will also complete standard customer requests by using the internal company tool to track and update customer orders (including specialized pricing). As the ISR develops knowledge and confidence in company products and their accounts, they will begin to propose products and solutions for their customers. In addition to having excellent communication and relationship-building skills, the ideal candidate will have prior account management/sales experience; a proactive and self-sufficient demeanour; a technical background; and a growth mindset - i.e., always looking to learn and grow their skills.
