Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Representative (FIRCO Officer) to join the centralized payments operations team at a major financial institution. This role serves as the first line of defense for wire payment processing and sanctions compliance, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing wire payments. The officer will conduct sanctions screening using specialized applications like FIRCO, investigate and resolve potential matches, and escalate true or complex alerts to AML teams or senior management. Additional responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise to junior staff, supporting audits, responding to inquiries, and recommending process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build expertise in sanctions compliance and payment operations. This position follows a hybrid schedule with at least one day per week in the Mississauga office and may require overtime during peak periods

Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in repetitive tasks
