Job Description
Insight Global is looking for someone to fill a BSA – Order to Cash position. The incumbent engages directly with business users, process owners and management alongside IT/IS team interfaces. This role is responsible for managing configuration, business process changes, functional specifications, testing, user manuals and training documentation and for providing business consultancy, change leadership and second level system support in the areas of Order Management and Supply Chain Planning and related modules focusing on Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and integrated applications.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years as a Functional/BSA with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Order to Cash)
- Deep experience across Order Management, Picking, Shipping, Transportation
- Strong background in process design, configuration, testing, and system support
- Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specs, and driving business process changes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business + IT and deliver system improvements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with data conversions, master data, and integrations (EDI/3rd party systems)
- Background in full lifecycle implementations, acquisitions, or ERP transitions
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong process improvement / business transformation exposure
