Job Description
Millwrights work closely with the electrical department in a team‑based maintenance environment, participating in daily meetings and supporting shared troubleshooting efforts. Day to day responsibilities include analyzing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems, with a strong focus on hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as responding to breakdowns and supporting preventative maintenance activities. The role involves hands‑on work with production equipment such as presses, conveyors, robotic cells, and welding systems, along with basic machine shop work, fabrication, and welding as required. Millwrights also support continuous improvement initiatives, prioritize safety, and contribute to maintaining reliable, efficient manufacturing operations.

Required Skills & Experience
• Certified Industrial Millwright 433A
• Strong experience troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including reading and interpreting schematics
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with presses, conveyors, robotic cells, and welding systems
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Comfortable with physically demanding work, including working at heights
• Basic machine shop experience and confident use of hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Formal millwright apprenticeship or related technical education
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting preventative maintenance (PM) programs or training apprentices
