Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Programs Coordinator is an integral part of the Commercial Management team. This role ensures that customer programs are processed accurately in accordance with the contract, and in a timely manner. Working with both our customer partners and our internal sales team, the Financial Programs Coordinator acts as a liaison and point of contact for both parties.

This role will have an estimated annual salary of $65k-$75k CAD.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:

· Finance/Business/Accounting degree, or 5 years related work experience.
· Data Management or experience working on projects an asset.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, and expertise with MS Excel.
· Excellent analytical skills, including spreadsheet preparation and analysis.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs of the business.
· Strong investigative and reconciliation skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
· Professional, positive, self-motivated, with an energetic demeanor and willingness to learn.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment.
· Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
· Focused on meeting timelines and deliverables.
· Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently.
