This company is an award-winning, cross-border less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier known for operational excellence and a people-first culture. With a fleet of over 150 drivers and a high-performance team, theyre growing fast and looking for leaders who are driven to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full scope of asset-based operations, including dispatch, warehouse, and customs. This role owns the asset P&L and is instrumental in driving financial and operational results. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, experienced leader who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and brings both strategic oversight and hands-on operational experience.

3-5+ years experience in operational leadership in transportation, logistics, or freight
Track record of delivering results through structured KPIs and accountability frameworks
Strong understanding of dispatch and fleet management, warehouse operations, and customs procedures
Strategic financial acumen with experience managing and improving operational P&L
Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic and evolving business environment
Excellent communication skills with a constructive, feedback-oriented approach
Preferably in a cross-border LTL environment.
