Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Cyber Security Manager for a home servicing company in the GTA- the role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected from internal and external security threats. The role will manage cyber risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This leader will promote a culture of cybersecurity safety awareness and have significant influence across the organization including senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 15 years of experience in information security, risk management, and IT operations
- At least 10 years in a senior security leadership role with hands-on experience implementing advanced security controls
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP or equivalent
- Deep expertise in infrastructure security across network, endpoint, cloud, Microsoft 365, SIEM, IDS/IPS
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS
- Proven ability to build and execute a strategic IT Security Roadmap
- Exceptional communication skills—able to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in promoting security as a business enabler

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with AI-powered threat detection and response tools
- Background in Zero-Trust and Defense-in-Depth architectures
- Track record of securing cybersecurity investments and driving cross-functional buy-in
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Experience in M&A security integration and supporting subsidiary onboarding
